We are hiringanAccount Managerto support the growth ofFabrickin theItalian market . We are looking for a person who is willing to scale the business, through a proactive sales approach. You will manage relationships with Fabricks key clients, you will be focused on cross & up-selling activities in order to ensure target revenues on the assigned portfolio. You will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and enjoy being close to sales and partnership managers as well as product and engineering teams.What you will do :Be the main point of contact for our most-important customers, managing a cross industry portfolio (merchants, corporates, financial institutions)Shape, monitor and share our KPIs to our clientsBuild relationships with the right stakeholders to success into the day-to-day activitiesChampion product improvements and help drive to launch new featuresAttending events to meet Fabricks clientsWork closely with executives within the business to drive sales strategyThe Ideal Candidate :Strong business acumen and enthusiastic about working in an innovative area of financeKnowledge of the payment/banking industry + B2B SaaS setting is recommendedExcellent communication skillsDynamic and KPI-drivenCapable of working well under pressureDriven to succeed both individually and as part of a teamAbility to think-outside-the-box and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiencyQuick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and productsWilling to travel, to visit other offices and to stay in regular touch with the headquarter5 years of experience in a client facing role, working with enterprise accountsMasters degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM, finance or economics) or equivalent practical experienceWorkplace: Milan + remote
