On behalf of a client, I am seeking a Senior Director of MSAT. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical and strategic leadership at a large, complex, and innovative manufacturing site, playing a key role in shaping the organization''s growth and success.
Tasks:
- Oversee TS/MS external manufacturing to meet global quality and contract manufacturing standards.
- Lead technical capability development for commercialization, ensuring robust product handovers and lifecycle management.
- Assess technical capabilities for business development and acquisitions, supporting agreements, and technical transfers.
- Ensure manufacturing processes and products are controlled, compliant, and continuously improving.
- Collaborate with TSMS and RD to develop talent and support commercialization efforts
Profile:
- Bachelor''s or higher degree in a scientific field
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of leadership experience with direct team management responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience with drug products (tablets or capsules)
- Fluent in English (C1); German or French is a plus
