Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant with Minum 5+ years of experience to support strategic initiatives through process improvement and workflow optimization. The consultant will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and enhancing business processes to drive operational efficiency and business value. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes using BPM methodologies. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to redesign and implement optimized workflows. Facilitate process modeling and documentation using BPM tools and techniques. Lead or support change management initiatives related to process transformation. Monitor and evaluate the performance of new or modified processes. Essential Skills: Deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and process mapping skills. Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
