Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in Central Europe. This vital role requires an individual who can drive sales performance, enhance market presence, and foster strategic relationships, all while contributing to the overall success of Echandia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Central European market to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and cultivate potential clients, turning prospects into long-term partnerships within the sustainable energy sector.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment on sales and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  5. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.
  6. Utilise data and analytics to forecast sales, assess performance, and drive decision-making processes.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Echandia and expand network connections.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Proven track record in sales management, from marine or offshore industry.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and additional European languages as a plus.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  4. Innovative mindset with a passion for sustainability and driving positive change in the industry.
  5. Ability to travel for work.
