Are you the European Channel Marketing Lead who can elevate our audio business to new heights? We are seeking a talented individual to lead our European ESS Channel Marketing team. You will lead the key account marketing strategy for Europes largest retailers, such as MediaMarkt, FNAC and John Lewis. Experience with these hybrid (online offline) accounts and the Consumer Electronics landscape is a must. In this role, you will be a key driver of our companys strategy, leveraging your enthusiastic mindset, strong people management skills, data-driven approach, and extensive experience with (electronic) retailers. You will collaborate closely with commercial leader and sales teams for this channel, ensuring that our marketing strategies drive ROI and are integrated into comprehensive 360-degree plans that fuel channel growth. Additionally, you will work with the wider European team responsible for pure-play retailers, specialist retailers, retail merchandising, training, and consumer marketing, while maintaining active cooperation with our global brand and marketing teams. As this is a European role, you will manage a diverse team of approximately 3 channel/trade marketers from different nationalities. Do you have the drive to lead and develop a high-performing team? Marketing Management: Lead the ESS channel marketing team by setting targets and driving personal development. Define and execute integrated marketing strategies, aligning with EU and brand team tactics. Synchronize commercial and marketing objectives while playing a driving role in the EU integrated marketing team. Manage the account marketing calendar and budgets. Channel Marketing Leadership: Initiate data-driven strategic account planning across ESS key accounts in Europe. Challenge local market teams to drive growth and actively share best practices. Collaborate with sales channel leads and go-to-market managers to launch commercial activations. Advertising and Activation: Develop annual activation plans for ESS key accounts complementing EU media and campaign strategies. Work closely with go-to-market managers to manage the strategic promotional calendar. Plan, implement, monitor, and report on ROI for activities based on sell-out data. 5 years of experience in consumer-electronics integrated marketing or trade marketing, including PR, media, events, digital marketing, trade marketing, and channel marketing. ~ Expertise in retail media planning and event management. ~ Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing. ~ Fluent in English (written and spoken). ~ Proficiency in German and/or French.
