Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently hiring a Supplier Quality Specialist.Position Responsibilities:Plan and conduct audits and assessments of supplier systems, processes, and products to ensure compliance with Boeing''s technical and contractual requirements. Document and report audit results.Inspect or verify products for compliance with various technology and commodity requirements.Evaluate supplier root cause analysis and corrective action plans; review and support supplier improvement activities.Conduct investigations related to rejected products, escapements, and failures.Assess supplier capability and capacity for current or future work.Provide supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance, and company initiatives to improve performance.Monitor quality improvement initiatives at suppliers; develop training materials and resources to enhance performance.Note: The position requires frequent travel, approximately 60%.Basic Qualifications:Experience in audits and quality assessments.Knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action methodologies.Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.Technical skills to lead and perform source inspections on various hardware and assemblies.Ability to conduct audits of supplier quality management systems and processes.Working knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards.Fluency in spoken and written English.Valid driving license.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with aerospace industry suppliers or government agencies.Experience developing supplier improvement plans, training, and coaching.Knowledge of APQP and special processes (e.g., heat treatment, coating).Note: Employer will not sponsor employment visas.Export Control: Not an export control position.Equal Opportunity Employer: We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
