Role overview

We''re looking for anEvent Project Manager based in Warsawwho will be responsible forplanning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of our in-house events, ensuring their successful delivery from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Success in this role involves creating memorable and impactful events that align with our organization''s objectives and leave a positive impression on participants.

Required Skills:

• Proven experiencemanaging internal events or corporate celebrations.
• Strongorganizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple events smoothly.
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skillsfor team collaboration and external coordination.
• Budgeting experiencewith attention to financial constraints and cost efficiency.
• Proficiency inevent management tools(e.g., Asana, Slack, Confluence) and office software.
• Creative problem-solving skills for adapting to event changes and challenges.
• Good knowledge ofwellbeing and CSR activities, aligning events with company values.
• Strong communication inEnglish(Upper Intermediate or higher).
