Are you ready to shape the future of technology and innovation? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of AI and Data Architectures to lead innovative projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment. As a leader in our AI and data team, you will design, implement, and oversee advanced AI and data solutions for clients across industries, driving transformation and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing and deploying AI and data architectures tailored to client needs.
- Define and execute strategies to integrate AI, machine learning (ML), and data-driven insights into business processes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Architectural Design and Implementation:Design scalable and secure AI architectures, including frameworks for machine learning pipelines, MLOps, and big data processing.
- Architect data solutions leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and on-premises systems.
- Implement advanced techniques such as embedding models, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Client Engagement:Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to guide clients in adopting AI and data solutions.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Team Development and Mentorship:Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive training programs to ensure the team stays proficient in emerging technologies and frameworks.
- Technical Excellence:Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance practices are followed.
- Define and implement optimization processes and tools to improve performance and efficiency of AI and data architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data architecture roles, with a track record of leading successful projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Expertise in cloud-based AI and Data platforms (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google AI), MLOps frameworks, and big data technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop).
- Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex AI and data-driven projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring teams and delivering client success.
- English language proficiency at a minimum of B2+ level (CEFR).
