We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Expense Transparency team. This team handles client and regulatory reporting related to fees and expenses of our products and investment structures, and contributes to fundraising initiatives.
The senior team member will be part of the Financial and Regulatory Reporting unit, which oversees product reporting and audits globally, with offices in Zug, Singapore, and Manila.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Expense Transparency Reporting team, including supporting mid-level or junior team members in daily activities.
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Client Solutions, Product Management, Risk Management, and external partners.
- Interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements and guidelines such as PRIIPS / MIFID (EU), FIDLEG (CH), SECA (CH), CTI, TCA, DCPT (UK).
- Managing ongoing and future projects related to process, system, and control improvements.
- Overseeing the compilation and review of financial information from supporting teams and external providers.
- Handling internal and external reporting processes related to expense transparency and regulatory compliance, including annual reviews for SECA and PRIIPS/MiFID.
- Communicating across functions and levels of seniority within the organization.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on expense transparency and related regulations.
- Providing coaching and training to junior colleagues as needed.
What we expect:
- 8-10+ years of experience in financial services or audit.
- Experience with complex financial reporting in alternative investments.
- Understanding of private market investment structures and strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting such as PRIIPS / MIFID, FIDLEG, SECA, etc.
- Leadership skills with team management experience.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong systems and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international context.
- Experience in coaching and providing feedback to team members.
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
