Overview:
We are partnering with an innovative HealthTech company operating at the intersection of AI, neurovascular care, and cloud-based diagnostics. As they accelerate their European expansion, were seeking a driven Sales Leader with specific expertise in neurology sales preferably in stroke care to spearhead growth in the Dutch market. This is a critical opportunity to join a mission-led team that is revolutionising acute care pathways in hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy across the Netherlands, focusing on expanding partnerships with hospitals and clinical decision-makers.
- Drive the full sales cycle from market mapping and lead generation through to deal closure and post-sales support.
- Build deep relationships with stroke units, neurologists, radiologists, and hospital procurement teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and product teams to adapt go-to-market strategies to the local ecosystem.
- Represent the company at national and international congresses, roundtables, and events.
- Channel market insights back to HQ to support product development and regional strategy.
Ideal Profile:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in healthtech, medtech, or hospital SaaS, with a strong focus on neurology and stroke care.
- Existing relationships within Dutch hospitals, particularly within stroke centres or neurology departments.
- Proven success scaling early-stage solutions and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and the ability to build a new market.
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English.
- Experience with AI-based or cloud-native clinical tools is a strong plus.
