Job Description

We are seeking a QC Analyst to join the Bioanalytics Microbial team, focused on release testing of biologic drug substances. This role involves method implementation, data analysis, and compliance with GMP and safety standards. The position supports key activities across development and production. You''ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate testing of critical products.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate GMP-compliant release testing of biologics
• Perform and optimize analytical methods such as ELISA, qPCR, SDS-PAGE, and bioassays
• Analyze results and prepare reports and presentations
• Handle deviations and change requests under GMP guidelines
• Review and maintain quality documentation
• Collaborate with QC, R&D, production, and QA teams

Requirements

• Degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, or related field
• Practical experience with biochemical assays and GMP standards
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines
• Fluency in German; English is an advantage
• Team player with strong communication skills
