Description
- Provide comprehensive support to senior leadership
- Coordinate and manage calendars and schedules
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Prepare business reports and presentations
- Manage correspondence and communication
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
- Prepare and review expense reports
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed
Profile
- First experience as an Executive/Team Assistant with a hosptality background ideally
- An educational background in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in English and in French
- Experience in a fast-paced international firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other business tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High degree of professionalism and discretion
