Your Responsibilities | Attorney Law Lawyer Law firm Corporate Finance
- You will handle complex transactions, including incorporations, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, and liquidations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as agreements and contracts, will be integral to your daily responsibilities.
- You may also guide and support junior lawyers, helping them stay organized and efficient in their work.
- You will maintain direct contact with clients and third parties, including banks, fiduciaries, and notaries, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing strategic guidance to optimize their projects effectively.

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a Luxembourg law firm, which will facilitate your integration into the team.
- Fluency in French and English is required to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- You are highly experienced in corporate law, including handling transactions such as mergers, restructurings, and acquisitions, which are essential for excelling in this role.
- Strong communication skills are key to building and maintaining client relationships, as well as fostering productive collaboration with your colleagues.
