Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Rang located in Rome. The Chef de Rang will be responsible for overseeing a section of tables in a restaurant, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience in fine dining or hospitality industry
Knowledge of food and beverage standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus
Formal culinary training or certification preferred
