About Rivero
Rivero is a successful fintech scale-up founded in early 2019. We are on a mission to enable banks and financial institutions to automate complex processes most simply and efficiently. In this way, banks can focus on delighting their customers with streamlined digital interfaces. We fall into both the #FinTech and the #RegTech domain.
We have steadily grown our customer base and reached break-even in 2023. At the beginning of 2024, we closed a series A funding round, enabling us to accelerate our growth. We are looking for an ambitious and driven person to join us for the exciting phase ahead of us.

Tasks
What you can expect from the job
As our Senior Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:
- Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company''s strategic objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Regularly exchange with customers and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with engineering, sales and operations to advance our product and improve our offering.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communicator with proficiency in English
- Start-up / Scale-up experience
- Experience as a product owner with SaaS
- A plus is payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
- Familiarity with technical concepts and software development processes can be advantageous.
