YOUR CAREER AS A CONSULTANT AT VIBE GROUP

When you start as a Consultant at Vibe Group, you will receive a lot of training, coaching, and guidance, especially during your first six months. We teach you everything about sales, staffing, and your IT market. In this way, we ensure that you know your market like no other and can get the most out of yourself.

Daily you are busy making new contacts, maintaining contacts, and identifying new opportunities in your market. You collaborate closely with your direct colleagues to achieve results together. WHAT SHOULD A CONSULTANT BRING?

• Experience in recruiting is a huge plus.
• Mother tongue: Dutch.
• Perfect knowledge of English (French is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• 100% perseverance, so don''t give up if things go wrong.
• An open attitude: despite your experience, there is still much to learn.
• Driving License B.
