We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex, business-driven IT projects. This position requires hands-on leadership, solid business analysis capabilities, and familiarity with Agile frameworks and structured project management methodologies.
Your role
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT systems implementation projects
Lead cross-functional teams (10+ members) in large-scale environments (1000+ users)
Produce business cases, project plans, and concept documentation
Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
Work within the PM methodology and Agile delivery models
Optionally oversee ServiceNow-based projects, including modules such as CSM, EAM, SPM, and custom apps

Requirements
C1 level English proven by CV or certificate
Minimum 9 years of combined post-secondary education and professional experience
University degree
At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in IT implementation projects
Proven participation in at least 2 full-lifecycle IT projects as business/system analyst or architect
Experience drafting business documentation (business cases, concept notes, etc.)
Strong background in business analysis and managing business change in IT
Experience working in Agile teams
Familiarity with PM methodology
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Ability to work independently and guide junior team members
Excellent communication skills: capable of presenting, running workshops, and writing technical/user documentation
Nice-to-haves:
Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecom Engineering, or Business Administration (from a recognized technical university)
Over 5 years of experience managing ICT projects in large organizations (1000+ employees), leading teams of 10+
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow projects (CSM, EAM, SPM, custom applications) in the public sector
