For our Milan HQ, we are looking for a brilliant andenthusiastic FP&A Trainee who will provide support to theFP&A Buccellati Team to ensure data and financial reporting isaccurate for all key stakeholders. She/he will report to the Headof FP&A. She/he will provide support during the financialplanning and analysis process including budgeting and forecasting,preparation of ad hoc analyses and supporting material. The rolewill be involved in the monthly and quarterly closing and reportingactivities. Do you match this profile? - Bachelor/Master degree inManagement, Accounting, Finance or Economics - Prior experience ortraineeship gained in similar positions in Finance departments -Solid finance theoretical background and mindset, with knowledge ofinternational accounting principles - A robust analytical skillset,with attention to detail and high sense of curiosity - Modellingskills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan - Power BI is considered a plus - Abilityto multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projectsand activities - Able to effectively work as a team member with agood level of proactivity - Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills - Proactive, confident, motivated, trustworthyand reliable - Flexibility and sense of responsibility - Fluency(spoken and written) in English; Italian would be considered as aplus If so, apply for this job! Providesupport to FP&A team in the delivery of qualitative andaccurate financial information to support action plans, achievefinancial and operational objectives , in the area of: -Maintenance and development of reporting tools; - Financialplanning (Budgets and Latest Estimate preparation processes); -Management reporting ( P&L/BS); - Financial performanceanalysis on KPI indicators (sales, margin, operating costs, capex,cash contribution) on monthly basis and ad/hoc; - Capitalinvestment review and analysis; The recruitment process: 1.
