As an Independent Recruiter at The Jobs Jungle, you''ll play a vital role in sourcing and screening top-tier candidates for some of the worlds most exciting companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Build and engage with your professional network to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen and assess candidates'' technical and non-technical skills.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry hiring needs.
• Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience from first contact to final feedback.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of tech and non-tech roles and qualifications.
• Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR tools.
• A bachelor''s degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Prior recruitment experienceespecially in techis a strong advantage.
