Role The Commercial Director will beresponsible for leading the commercial strategy, contributing tobusiness development and the consolidation of relationships withcurrent and prospective clients. The role involves identifying andanticipating customer needs and translating them into technologicalsolutions in close collaboration with the R&D, Marketing, andOperations departments. The objective is to strengthen thecompany''s leadership in the market, increasing penetration andfostering value co-creation with industrial partners. KeyResponsibilities and Activities - Develop, implement, and monitorthe commercial strategy at both national and international levels,aligned with the companys growth objectives. - Directly managestrategic key accounts, identifying development opportunities andensuring high standards of service. - Anticipate market trends andcustomers technological needs, proposing innovative and customizedsolutions. - Work proactively with R&D, Marketing, andOperations teams to ensure consistency between the technicaloffering and client expectations. - Lead and support the commercialteamincluding Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives, andCustomer Service (approx. 50 people)fostering a culture focused onresults, customer relationships, and innovation. - Contribute topricing strategy and the planning of promotional and communicationactivities. - Analyze KPIs, sales performance, and market trends,proposing corrective actions when needed. Key qualifications -Degree in technical, economic, or engineering disciplines; aMaster''s degree in Business or Management is considered a plus. -Solid experience (10+ years) in commercial roles withinhigh-tecnology driven B2B Market (e.g.Packaging, ingredients,Automation). - Familiarity with complex, long-cycle projects andinternational stakeholders. - Experience working in structuredindustrial environments, with a strong focus on innovation andsustainability. - Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the abilityto act decisively while ensuring alignment with the organizationsstrategy and values. - Strategic vision combined with a strongcustomer and results orientation. - Excellent negotiation,communication, and relationship management skills with stakeholdersat all levels. - Aptitude for managing change and drivinginnovation. - Fluency in English Human Value S.r.l.
