Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for global market development and a track record of success in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector? We are looking for an experienced International Key Account Manager to join our team and help drive our global customer strategy to the next level.
About the Role
As our International Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our global commercial strategy. Youll own and develop relationships with key international retail partners and distributors, drive sales performance, and work cross-functionally to ensure exceptional service and value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with international key accounts (retailers, distributors, importers and independent stores) across various regions.
- Develop strategic account plans tailored to each market, aligning with business goals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, and promotional planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the brand at key industry events and trade shows.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
