Beschrijving van defunctie Overview As part of the modernisation of internalmanagement tools, our client is implementing Odoo modules Time Offand Planning to manage vacation requests and resource planningacross multiple projects. We are seeking a part-timetechno-functional Odoo Consultant (3 days/week) who will beresponsible for gathering and analysing functional requirementsfrom Key Users, identifying process gaps, and aligning standardOdoo functionalities with business needs. The consultant willconfigure business rules related to absence management, leaveentitlements, validation workflows, and resource allocation.Responsibilities include developing customised workflows, managingdata migration (including historical schedules and leaveentitlements), and conducting functional testing. The role alsoinvolves coordinating pre-launch phases, providing post-deploymentsupport, and mentoring an internal developer to ensure long-termsustainability of the solution. Job Responsibilities - Via KeyUsers, gather functional requirements for the 2 modules mentioned.- Analyse specific requirements and help prioritise. - Identifygaps between current processes and standard Odoo functionalities. -Configure the Time Off and Planning modules according to theinstitution''s specific needs. - Define business rules for managingabsences, leave entitlements, hierarchical validation, time cycles,resource allocation, etc. - Develop workflows adapted to internalprocesses. - Participate and manage the data migration stream(existing leave entitlements, historical schedules, etc.). - Carryout functional tests and coordinate phases prior to productionlaunch. - Provide post-deployment support (support, adjustments,Key User assistance). - Engage and support an in-house developerfrom the outset of this implementation, so that he can take over inthe medium term. Jouw profiel Must Have Skills - At least 8 yearsof experience. - Expert level in Odoo (V18). - Advanced level ofexperience in Git. - Advanced level of experience in JavaScript. -Advanced level of experience in PostgreSQL. - Advanced level ofexperience in Python. - Excellent proficiency in at least one ofthe local languages: French and/or Dutch.
