The context : Our client is a fast-growing French startup offering innovative digital solutions that enable wine professionals to manage every step of the production process in real time. All of this, while significantly reducing their energy consumption.Following a major fundraising round and continued strong growth, we are seeking a Business Developer for the Tuscany and Piemonte Regions, F/M, ideally based in Tuscany. Your core duties will involve :Sales Prospecting (85% of the time): As a hunter, you identify opportunities, contact qualified leads, and meet with potential clients to generate new business. You''ll manage follow-ups through to closing, as well as their retention.Client portfolio management: You are the key contact in your area, handle deliveries and equipment installations when needed, while building strong relationships with your clients and partners.Reporting and activity tracking: You daily report activities and update your pipeline through the CRM to measure your KPIs and assist the accounting team with payment tracking when needed.Events: Occasionally, you participate in events and trade shows.About you :You have at least 2 years of professional experience in selling high-value products, preferably in B2B.You have a strong interest in both the wine sector and new technologies.You are known for your autonomy, high energy, and resilience, and your friends would describe you as enthusiastic. With a strong customer focus, you excel at collaborating effectively with different teams, including technical and after-sales service teams.You are fluent or native in Italian and English.
