Key Responsibilities: Provide international key account support for major end-customers Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and the internal organization, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration Serve as the primary contact for external partners, addressing inquiries related to general, commercial, or technical after-sales issues and coordinating with the appropriate departments to deliver accurate and timely solutions Youre ideal for this role if you have: Bachelors or Masters degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field Experience in automotive industry Knowledge of engineering processes like FMEA and diagnostic tools such as CAN/CANalyzer Experience in commercial after-sales activities, including warranty, goodwill, and workshop operations, systems, and processes Preferably knowledge of engineering tools i.e. INDIGO Familiar with High Voltage EE systems Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English and German language Excellent analytical skills, excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills Added value for you: Possibility to choose preferred type of cooperation (regular job contract with all benefits or flexible B2B contract) Technical trainings, certificates and upskilling Competence Center mentoring- you will be a member of CC community from the first day of your work.
