Are you an analytical finance professional looking to take the first or next step in your career?

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our growing Finance team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring governance and compliance across key areas of the organization.

As a Controller, you will play a central role in analyzing and improving financial outcomes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to provide insights, support forecasting and budgeting cycles, and drive operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.

What will you do:

• Analyze performance, manage forecasting, and deliver accurate financial reports
• Ensure compliance (e.g., SOX), support audits, and enhance risk management frameworks.
• Oversee planning, variance analysis, and drive reporting alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead AOP and forecasting cycles; ensure accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
• Provide financial insights, support decision-making, and evaluate business cases.
• Foster strong internal relationships and promote financial accountability across teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a financial controlling or FP&A role (preferably in mid- to large-scale businesses).
• Solid knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and BI tools like Business Objects or Power BI (preferred)
• Fluent in English; additional languages
