You will work closely with engineers, researchers, consultants and other stakeholders across the organization to address future system challenges and technology requirements for achieving carbon neutrality while ensuring resilient, reliable and affordable energy supply across regions under diverse scenarios and conditions.

Your background
- Academic Excellence: Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Energy Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in power systems and optimization.
- Optimization Guru: Deep expertise in linear, nonlinear, integer, and stochastic programming, with a passion for applying these techniques to real-world energy challenges.
- AI ML Savvy: Proficient in machine learning methodsregression, classification, clustering, time-series, deep learning, and reinforcement learningusing modern tools and frameworks.
- Algorithm Architect: Proven experience developing optimization algorithms for power system planning using tools like Python, MATLAB, and Gurobi.
- Power System Pro: Skilled in modeling and simulating power systems, with experience integrating APIs and tools for optimal system planning.
- Control Electronics Expert: Hands-on experience with power electronics and grid-forming control systems, including RMS and EMT simulations.
- Data-Driven Thinker: Strong analytical skills with Python libraries like Pandas, GeoPandas, Plotly, and JSONPickle to interpret complex datasets.
- Team Player Communicator: Excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
