PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADERDirectly reporting to the Production Area Manager, ensures shift/line production plan execution, providing products of defined quality, at optimal cost, by organizing team members and available assets. He ensures health and safety requirements according to law and in line with HSE policies.Main responsibilities:Organizes work allocation on the line to ensure optimal production plan executionOrganizes work in the shift to ensure regular preventive maintenance of the lines/systems/machinesEnsures food safety requirements for finishing goods producedEnsures health and safety requirements according to law (Legislative Decree no. 81/10) and in line with HSE policies, guidelines and internal procedures, being people in charge in the relevant production area (preposto)Ensures and organizes problem-solving sessions and related activities with team members and key stakeholdersEnsures production plan execution in his/her shift (performance to schedule)Ensures shift''s/team''s KBIs delivery (SLE, Yields, GMP etc.)Makes certain that shift reports are prepared on time and according to agreed requirementsEnsures that team members develop the right skills set for performing their job effectivelyEnsures that team members have clear responsibilities and objectivesRecognizes good performance and addresses poor performance quicklySupports and suggests continuous processes improvements (suggests updates of the tools for processing operators suggestions and ideas)Requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Chemical or Management EngineeringMinimum 2 years of relevant production experiencePrevious experience in team managementUnderstanding of food and beverage technologyGood knowledge of Maintenance proceduresGood organizational & Time management skillsKnowledge of interpretation of policies, procedures, and systems in ManufacturingDelegation & setting priorities skillsProblem-solving skillsDrive for resultsConflict resolutionAbility to set clear standards for performanceAbility to act as a positive leaderTeamwork skills and mindsetWillingness to experiment and try new ideasGood knowledge of English language#J-18808-Ljbffr
