Job Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant , you will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for your processes, managing both candidates and clients:
- You will receive comprehensive onboarding and training to familiarize yourself with our ways of working.
- You will proactively build a network of both candidates and clients within your specialization, expanding your portfolio.
- You will lead contract negotiations , further developing your negotiation skills.
- You will stay informed about market developments to identify risks and opportunities, building expertise in your field.
- As a result, you will act as a trusted partner for both clients and candidates, guiding them smoothly through the process.
- You will join a dynamic team where you can exchange ideas and strategies.
- You will work closely with an experienced manager who will coach and support your professional and personal growth.
- Additionally, there are numerous internal initiatives and projects that you can contribute to, making a real impact within Page Group.
Qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree .
- You have some professional experience , ideally in a commercial role.
- You are strong in communication .
- You take initiative and are eager to learn.
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
