The candidate, working together with the team, will be responsible for:Supporting the head of Funding in originating, structuring, negotiating, and reporting mainly of Debt Capital Markets instruments, Corporate Loans, and (occasionally) other debt instruments.Coordinating the rating process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders involved in maintaining the corporate rating.Supporting the M&A process through due diligence of potential targets'' financial documents.Performing market research activities and updates about market trends and new regulations impacting the company''s business.Working on financial models for renewable projects related to project acquisitions and financing, focusing on financing and its impact on business value.Supporting the drafting of the group business plan, instrumental in designing the financial strategy and selecting suitable financing options.Providing ad-hoc analysis as required by management on business-related decisions.Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (administration, treasury, planning, sustainability, and other departments).Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, consultants, auditors, law firms, and rating agencies.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with solid expertise. Knowledge of financial services, debt instruments, cash flow analysis, treasury management, hedging tools, and funding-related accounting is required.Experience in the Energy sector and familiarity with rating methodologies and ESG principles are advantageous.Excellent command of verbal and written English is mandatory. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Proficiency in MS-Office Applications is required; knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is a plus.Skills & Managerial Qualities:The candidate should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be accountable, autonomous, and goal-oriented. Ability to work collaboratively, synthesize multiple workflows efficiently, and pay attention to details is essential.
