Part-time Health Science Online Faculty, Pathophysiology (online - remote)

Summary Of Position

South College seeks applicants who are knowledgeable about the following subject matter:

Pathophysiology

Pathophysiology is the study of disease processes in humans. Course emphasis is on the etiology, pathogenesis, morphologic changes, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and clinical course of disease. The course builds upon and expands core knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

Requirements

Candidates must show evidence of the following:

  1. A minimum of an acceptable masters degree in the specific subject matter field (doctorate preferred) or an earned masters or doctoral degree and satisfactory completion of 18 graduate semester hours in the subject matter field;
  2. Experience teaching similar courses at a higher education institute;
  3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching online.
