NewSpace Technical are excited to partner with a growing NewSpace company in Spain.
We are seeking an experienced Propulsion Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
What Youll Do:
Work on the design, simulation, and optimization of fluidic systems within propulsion and combustion components.
Perform detailed fluid dynamic analysis (including CFD and flow network modeling) for injector manifolds, cooling circuits, and turbomachinery interfaces.
Contribute to the development and testing of innovative propulsion systems, with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with thermal, structural, and systems engineers from concept through to hot-fire testing.
What Were Looking For:
Strong expertise in fluidic systems design and analysis methods (e.g., CFD, flow simulation tools).
Solid understanding of rocket propulsion fundamentals and component integration.
Experience with propulsion testing, data reduction, and model validation.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary environments.
Hands-on experience with LOX and/ or methane propulsion systems is desirable.
Familiarity with regenerative cooling, injector design, and combustion stability analysis.
