To work on developing IKOS GROUP''s activities in the whole country (Spain), we are recruiting a
Business Development Manager with a very strong entrepreneurial mindset and previous experience in the industry (railway and/or energy field).
Main Responsibilities
Our Business Development Manager is at the forefront of business growth.
- You will transform our customers challenges into success while developing our presence in Spain.
- You provide our customers with technical solutions (a team of engineers) that are tailored to their needs ( that is why we need a good knowledge of our sector ).
- Working with the Country Manager, you will be in charge of recruiting your own team of skillful engineering consultants and coordinate with the clients'' technical needs.
- Some travelling will be involved to meet up with clients, prospects and consultants.
Qualifications
- Master''s degree in an engineering field (a plus!) + an additional degree in Management and/or an entrepreneurial spirit
- Spanish is your mother tongue
- You possess strong English skills (French will be a great asset!).
- You possess some previous experience and a deep knowledge of the railway sector (preferred), energy or transportation related sectors.
- You have a strong interest in projects that combine business development, technological innovation and managerial responsibilities.
- Reliable person, ready to big challenges and great communicator!
