Reports to: Head of Finance Regulated Markets Direct Reports: None A well established iGamingbusiness in Italy is on the lookout for a Head of Finance. This isa stand alone role and you will oversee all financial operationsfor Italy, ensuring financial planning, accurate reporting, andcompliance with local tax and accounting regulations. KeyResponsibilities - Establish and enforce financial policies andprocedures aligned with regulatory standards and accounting bestpractices. - Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-termfinancial planning processes. - Supervise the activities ofexternal accounting and tax service providers. - Prepare anddeliver regular financial reports for key stakeholders. - Identifyfinancial risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Oversee cashflow and treasury operations - Manage the statutory audit processand ensure all audit requirements are met. Required Experience& Skills - Certified Accountant or CPA - Minimum 10 yearsexperience in a similar financial management role.. - Fluent inboth Italian and English. - Background in the iGaming industry is aplus. - Proficiency with tools such as Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slack,Jira, and Intercom.
