Purpose ofthe Job/Objective - Performance Management, Convergence,Integration Roadmap, - Development logic, efficient design processPlatform-Product-Bid-Order, - Organizational efficiencydevelopment, design thinking, collaboration across borders, -Ensure efficient way of work, support design and maintenance ofprocess landscape, - Manage Methods and Tools (excluding specificdesign tools), digitalization, AI roadmap Organisation Reporting -Reports to: Interiors Platform Director Network & LinksInternal Interfaces: - Support VP Components Platform & GlobalProduct Convergence (Integration Roadmap, KPIs) - RS-COMPONENTSDirectors and their Mgt teams (align reporting, Way of Work, tools,processes, etc.) - Global Product Convergence and Standardization,N-3 team (Methods, Processes, Tools, Convergence) - RSC Platforms:Improvement, Performance, Integration, N-3 / N-4 team - Members ofRSC-INTERIORS Management - Supporting functions, EMO, Finance etc.Your responsibilities include Support efficient Way of Work andoptimum process landscape: - Support efficient Way of Work andprocesses - Efficient design process: Platform Product Order, -Support an optimized development logic, - Change mindset inorganization Organizational Performance Management: - Ensurealigned and defined INTERIORS KPIs - Prepare reporting in alignmentwith relevant Asltom network, - Monthly follow-up of performancedata, - Collect actual KPI across CDS and support on presentationof performance progress - Define KPI target setting objectivesDigital Continuity - Support deployment of effective AI solutionsto boost internal processes and achieve better automation - Supportdeployment of AI costing solution - Continue improving and adopting2D and 3D AI checking solutions - Identify new opportunities for AIautomation and propose them to central AI compo team PLM4A DigitalContinuity Officer - Lead deployment of PLM4A tool across CDS,support process harmonization according to interiors WoW -Coordinate transversal technical issues with central PLM4A team andCDS - Support execution of the first PLM4A projects in CDS QlikSense project tools management & Sharepoint governance -Interiors Project applications management across CDS - Access /User management - Issues resolving - Data Management / GovernanceODyC Deployment - Support Planning Manager in the ODyC deploymentroadmap for CDS Minimum qualifications: Mandatory - Senior businessknowledge in relevant business environments like complexinternational organizational set-up, platform and productmanagement, engineering organization, bid management.
