Join a dynamic and innovative property management company. Our client provides tailored solutions to real estate investors and is looking for a German-speaking Accountant to join their team in Luxembourg. You will work under the Finance Operations Manager and be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Your Role Process expense reports, supplier invoices, and intercompany transactions. Manage recurring invoices and monitor outstanding creditor balances. Oversee rent and service charge payments, ensuring timely collection. Handle tenant inquiries and follow up on overdue accounts. Prepare and file VAT returns for Germany & Luxembourg and liaise with tax authorities. Reconcile bank statements, process payments, and assist with financial reporting. Support quarter-end and year-end closings for AP/AR. Act as a key contact for auditors and banking partners. Assist with the tax and accounting setup for new properties. Your Profile 2+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in AP or AR. Fluent in German (mandatory) & professional level of English . High integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy. Proactive mindset & ability to work under pressure. A team player with a problem-solving attitude. What''s in It for You?
