Full time | Leusden Bilthoven We are looking for Club Managers in the Leusden and Bilthoven area, as were preparing to open two exciting new gymsperfect opportunities to grow with us as we expand! As a Club manager you are responsible for running your own club. This means that you are busy with sales, quality, service, hygiene and staff. It is up to you to make sure that, together with your colleagues, targets will be achieved with the desired end results. You manage your team members, coach them where necessary and assess them. Based on your commitment and enthusiasm, you lift the team to a higher level. You are also involved in administrative tasks. You manage the finances, monitor the budget and your membership administration is always up to date. Above all this the most important part of your job is to ensure that members continue to enjoy exercising at TrainMore. This means that youll regularly chat with our members and ensure that they remain motivated to achieve their fitness goals. It is therefore a must that you radiate positive energy to all members! On a daily basis you are: Responsible for the entire management of the club. Responsible for handling complaints + service to members Responsible for the condition of the club (hygiene, safety, maintenance, working equipment, etc.). Running Host service. Pursuing the monthly targets. Responsible for the results of the club. Responsible for all staff related tasks. Responsible for all admin tasks. You Are a natural born leader.
