We are a growing, creative company based in the heart of Brussels, looking for a versatile and experienced professional to support our daily operations. This role combines office management, HR coordination, and sales assistance in a fast-paced and people-driven environment.
Your responsibilities as a HR/Office Manager:
- Managing day-to-day office logistics (fleet, IT, deliveries, suppliers)
- Supporting recruitment processes (screening, follow-up, onboarding, contract negotiation)
- Handling administrative HR tasks and liaising with SD Works
- Supporting sales teams (meeting preparation, contract follow-up, client files)
Your profile as a HR/Office Manager:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in French and Dutch, good command of English
- Highly organised, autonomous, assertive and solution-oriented
- Able to handle multiple priorities with structure and calm
- Motivated by working in a collaborative and evolving environment
