Key Responsibilities: - Lead the local sales strategybased on the companys long-term development goals and marketstrategy, implementing proactive sales approaches to achieve salestargets and expand the customer base. - Develop sales plans andbudgets tailored to the regional market, driving strategic marketexpansion and identifying potential business opportunities. -Effectively develop and maintain strong, long-term partnershipswith key customers. - Oversee the entire sales process, fromcustomer demand alignment, technical solution discussions, and bidnegotiations to contract signing, coordinating with technical anddelivery teams to ensure successful project execution. - Conductin-depth market research and analysis, including but not limited tonational policies, channel information, and product trends,implementing precise and effective market strategies. - Leadregional marketing initiatives, participate in internationalexhibitions, industry forums, and branding activities to enhancethe global recognition of the companys products and solutions. -Execute company strategies and related policies, monitor paymentcollection, and ensure risk control. - Track industry trends (e.g.,microgrids, virtual power plants, and other emerging applications)to drive product iterations that meet market demands.Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in energystorage systems (C&I / large-scale storage), PCS, microgrids,or related products. Candidates with an established customernetwork are preferred. - Familiarity with international businessdevelopment processes, sales expansion, contract negotiation, andrisk management. Experience in C&I energy storage or microgridprojects is a plus. - Strong understanding of energy storage systemkey parameters, with the ability to independently present productsand communicate technical solutions. - Deep knowledge of the targetregions market culture and business practices, with strongcross-cultural communication skills. - Proven ability to developand manage the local market, with strong negotiation anddeal-closing skills. - Strong sense of responsibility, keenobservation skills, teamwork spirit, and professionalism.Additional Requirements: - Fluency in Italian and English isrequired; - Must have solid driving skills and a valid driverslicense.
