We offer an enriching and collaborative work environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as a software developer while working on interesting and meaningful projects.You will also have the opportunity to work with important clients from different sectors and improve your skills in creating innovative and effective solutions.What is our mission?Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected.What were looking for:7+ years in geospatial tech, 3+ in a technical leadership roleDeep expertise in raster/vector data (GeoJSON, COG, H3), and tools like PostGIS, Mapbox, QGIS, ArcGIS...Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS) and API design for geospatial applicationsProficiency in Python JavaScript with hands-on use of GDAL, Rasterio, Geopandas, LeafletExperience with big data distributed processing (Spark, GeoSpark/Sedona)Event-driven pipelines for geospatial data ingestion analysisBonus: computer vision on satellite imagery, insurance domain knowledgeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or related field; Master's preferredYoure someone who:Communicates complex ideas clearly, even to non-tech stakeholdersBrings strategic thinking and a mentoring mindsetCollaborates well across product, architecture, and businessWhat to expect being on our team?Indefinite contractCompetitive salaryFlexible schedule100% remoteand desire to continue learning!If it's okay with you, sign up for the job and we'll meet!!
