Social Network Login/JoinThe PDS Analytical Development & GMP Scientist serves as a link between Analysts and Team Leaders/Supervisors, working with clients and managing laboratory activities.ResponsibilitiesEnsure execution and supervision of analytical laboratory activities for assigned projects in compliance with GMP requirements, supporting analysts in solving problems related to API / DS and finished products (Release and Stability).Develop analytical specifications, study protocols, reports, methods, and SOPs in line with current EU GMP, US GMP, and company standards.Coordinate with customers to maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure timely completion of activities.Participate in calls and meetings with customers to discuss technical topics within your expertise.Identify and facilitate the transfer of analytical technology from customers to laboratories.Manage laboratory investigations, including Out of Specification and Deviation Reports.QualificationsEducation: Degree in CTF, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields; Diploma in Chemical/Laboratory Technician.Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and multi-year experience in Quality Control.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of chemical-physical and biochemical analysis techniques and validation of analytical methods.Understanding of GMP and international regulations.Strong problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Empower, MiniTab, Sample Manager, and analytical/statistical software.Ability to work under conflicting priorities and time constraints.About Thermo Fisher ScientificThermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is a global leader in serving science, with approximately $40 billion in annual revenue.
