Wat je gaat doen We are currently seeking temporary support for the Scent department at IFF. As a trainee operator, you'll be part of a fixed team and work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, youll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials both powders and liquids that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your daily tasks will include: Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes; Accurately weighing and handling ingredients (sometimes over 30 per batch); Mixing and preparing scent compounds for further processing; Operating andmonitoring production equipment; Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe; Following strict quality and safety protocols; Actively collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production. Working hours 5-shift schedule: Morning shift: 07:00 15:00 Evening shift: 15:00 23:00 Night shift: 23:00 07:00 Wat we je bieden Gross hourly wage of 19.42, excluding shift bonus; 30% shift bonus on all hours worked; A contract directly through IFF upon good performance; 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday allowance and 13th month; Travel reimbursement of 0.21 per km (from 10 km); Pension contributions from your first working day; A collaborative, modern, and international work environment focused on safety and innovation. Functie-eisen You have a good command of the Dutch or English language (minimum level B1); Youre open to working in a 5-shift rotation; You have experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator; You work accurately and pay attention to detail; You are comfortable working with fragrant and chemical substances; Youre physically fit and can work independently as well as in a team.
