The role focuses on enhancing business operations to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing waste and costs. All of that will be supported by the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Operational Excellence Manager to define objectives and needs for improvements within Celli Group.Lead continuous improvement projects to improve cost, efficiency, and performance.Analyze and review workflow processes by identifying gaps against set objectives.Define continuous improvement targets with the leadership team and report performance.Identify and measure KPIs for quality, productivity, costs, and service delivery.Liaise with internal/external networks to bring best practices to lean projects and the organization.Deliver training on Lean processes and principles, providing coaching and mentoring to employees.Support Green Belts in project development and sponsors in identifying improvement opportunities.Ensure open communication throughout the organization, keeping management informed on project status.Manage systems for measuring project goals, objectives, and metrics.Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree in Business, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.At least three years'' experience in medium-sized manufacturing companies or consulting firms engaged in continuous improvement processes.A Black Belt certification is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills.Leadership, mentoring, and change management abilities.Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.Good understanding of manufacturing environments and production processes.Demonstrated analytical and technical skills.LocationOperational Excellence Specialist Cattolica, Rimini, Italia#J-18808-Ljbffr
