The role :
We are seeking a TikTok Media Buyer (experience in mobile marketing is a plus) to manage and optimise ad campaigns across several global markets. In this role, youll be responsible for building and refining TikTok performance campaigns, constantly tweaking and adjusting strategies to meet business goals. You should be analytical, creative, and comfortable adapting to new challenges.
Location :
Remote work from anywhere, with optional office spaces in select cities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage TikTok ad campaigns from start to finish.
- Test new ideas and strategies to increase performance and drive growth.
- Manage traffic, bids, and budgets to ensure campaigns stay on target.
- Monitor and analyse performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Report regularly on key metrics and campaign results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok ad campaigns with a focus on performance metrics like CPA and ROAS.
- Familiarity with TikToks advertising tools and platform.
- Background in mobile marketing or related industries is a HUGE PLUS
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Able to collaborate well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a drive to hit goals and improve results.
- Flexibility with work hours to accommodate global markets.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are beneficial.
