For Parmamoda, a division of the Group, we are seeking an Industrializzatore Abbigliamento.Responsibilities and main activities:Manage the industrialization of clothing items after prototyping and sample activities, transitioning to production.Work on optimizing fabric consumption to reduce collection costs, leveraging knowledge of textiles.Carefully oversee defect correction and the transition to production, ensuring compliance with quality standards set by clients.Coordinate with the Product Office, Pattern Making, Sample Tailoring, and Production Managers in Parma and Stienta (RO) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.Develop and implement standardized procedures to ensure process efficiency.Stay updated on fashion trends and technological advancements in the industry.Requirements:Degree in Fashion Design or related disciplines.At least 5 years of experience in the fashion sector, preferably in industrialization or production roles.In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and tailoring technologies.Problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of sustainability regulations and practices in the fashion sector is a plus.Work location: ParmaSector: Textile/Clothing IndustryRole: ProductionSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesRetail, Luxury Goods, and Jewelry#J-18808-Ljbffr
