Description du poste The Business ResilienceSpecialist supports the implementation of SCOR''s BusinessResilience framework and Business Continuity Management policy. Youwill be part of the Operations team and collaborates with allfunctions and entities across regions The Business ResilienceSpecialistsupports and monitors the Business Resilience programacross all SCOR''s functions and locations, ensuring that BIAs andBCPs are reviewed and approved within appropriate timeframes. Thisincludes ensuring that a consistent framework is in place tosystematically identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor andmanage the most relevant resilience risks that can impact SCOR''soperations. Additionally, the Business ResilienceSpecialistsupports the development of the resilience culture,through dedicated trainings, events, testing and exercises.Description du profil Required experience & competencies 4 to 5years will be appreciated * Proven track record in similar roleswithin a global financial institution * Good understanding there/insurance business and processes is a plus * Excellentunderstanding of the BIA and BCP processes (BIA business impactanalysis (collect information) BCP (Business Continuing Planning) *Very good knowledge of IT service continuity and cyber resilience *Very good understanding of Operational Resilience and BCMregulations (e.g., Operational Resilience in the UK, DORA in theEU) * Strong program management skills. * Very strong interpersonalskills and excellent team player Required Education *Bachelor/Master degree in Operational Risk Management/BusinessContinuity Management or relevant industry experience. *Professional certification in (e.g., CBCI, ISO 22301) is a plus(Business Coninute certificate)
