Are you an experienced interim manager with expertise in financial processes and SAP tools? We are seeking a Finance Process Consultant to temporarily join the finance team and assist in optimizing the financial processes in a growing manufacturing company based in Antwerp.
Responsibilities as Finance Process Consultant:
- Take the lead in utilizing SAP and other financial tools, ensuring their effective management and optimization.
- Supervise and refine financial processes, with a focus on creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work closely with different departments to assess and enhance both internal and external processes and reporting systems.
- Ensure that processes and roles are consistently aligned across various entities and meet regulatory standards.
- Keep track of compliance with local GAAP and IFRS, while promoting ongoing improvements in processes.
- Provide support for internal audits and follow up on risk management initiatives.
- Directly report to the Finance Director and serve as the liaison between Accounting and Controlling.
The ideal profile as Finance Process Consultant:
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and financial tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ERP: Excel, SAP is required
