This involves coordinating and managing project teams, overseeing operational processes, ensuring compliance with KPIs, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with the BU Directors, Project Directors, and People department, among others, to achieve project goals related to time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of our projects, from the confirmation of sales to final delivery. You will work closely with Project Directors, PMs, specialists, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external suppliers, ensuring that project objectives are met in terms of time, quality, cost, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the assignment of projects to teams, PMs and SMEs, managing workloads, specialties, suppliers, etc.
Support, mentor, and motivate Project Managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their skills. Create an environment that encourages learning, engagement, and continuous development to build a strong, capable, and motivated team.
Oversee and control the information and task completion in project management tools like ClickUp, creating a suitable scorecard ensuring the tracking of key KPIs (timelines, billing, expenses, margins, quality, client satisfaction, etc.).
Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
Maintain clear communication with the Project Directors/KA, providing also to General Management regular updates on project status, priorities, capabilities and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Identify opportunities for operational process improvements, conduct audits of existing processes, ensuring they are as simple and efficient as possible. Propose and implement new processes when necessary, and highlight and document success stories within the company.
