About the Role

We are looking for an Office Lunch & Facilities Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing lunch, maintaining kitchen supplies, and ensuring meeting rooms and shared office spaces are clean and well-stocked. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and well-organized workplace, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent service to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Lunch & Kitchen Support

• Prepare and organize the daily office lunch, including salads, sandwiches, and soup.
• Cook and prepare basic items such as boiled eggs and warmed soup.
• Ensure all lunch ingredients are fresh, organized, and stored correctly.
• Restock kitchen supplies, including coffee, tea, milk, and condiments.
• Maintain and clean kitchen appliances, including coffee machines and dishwashers.
• Unload and organize grocery deliveries and track stock levels.

Office & Facilities Maintenance

• Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, stocked with essentials, and ready for use.
• Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
• Collect and properly dispose of recyclables, including bottles and cardboard.
• Keep track of office supply inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in shared office spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Ordering & Inventory Management

• Place lunch and grocery orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor food expiration dates and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Track attendance and adjust food orders based on actual office presence.
• Keep an organized record of stock levels and proactively reorder as necessary.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a similar role, such as hospitality, office support, or facilities assistance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Attention to detail and willingness to keep things clean and organized.
