Engagements vary from mid-market to large cross-border cases.Requirements:Bachelors degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.For the Principal: at least 10 years of restructuring/distressed experience.For the Senior Manager: 8-12 years of relevant experience.Experience from Consulting, Private Equity, Banking, or Industry sectors focusing on turnaround programs, cash management, balance sheet restructuring, and cost reduction. A dual career in Corporate & Consulting is a plus.Senior roles require:Proven success in structuring and leading complex client engagements and developing credible recommendations under tight deadlines.Mature strategic overview, with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify key issues.Ability to develop new opportunities and strong proposal skills.Decisive, collaborative leadership with resilience, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
