What youll do
As part of our dynamic finance team, you will:
- Assist in preparing financial statements through monthly closings and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process bank statements and follow up on customer balances to ensure smooth credit control process.
- Be responsible for the follow-up and processing of the approved purchase invoices in accounting and maintaining supplier balances
- Manage intercompany goods workflows effectively.
- Maintain and follow-up on travel and expense applications.
- Prepare statutory and tax returns (e.g., VAT, intra-community declarations, Intrastat) to comply with local regulations.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed, manage the electronic archive, and monitor shared mailboxes.
Were seeking someone who ....
- Holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Is fluent in Dutch (native) and English (professional efficiency).
- Has strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a passion for working with numbers.
- Can work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Is hands-on, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent communication skills for interacting with various teams across the organization.
- Has experience with SAP a clear advantage and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Isabel, Exact Online is a plus.
- Is digitally savvy and enjoys working with modern applications.

Your roadmap tot success
- 30 days: Get to know the team and familiarize yourself with our accounting systems.
- 60 days: Take ownership of manual payments and customer/vendor account clearing processes.
- 90 days: Manage the monthly closing for one of our companies while building sales force cases.
